Each year just before Mardi Gras, the Dallas Texas based Krewe de Roux holds their annual fundraiser to benefit the North Texas Food Bank.
This year, the 2017 Boudin Ball was held on Saturday, February 11th at the West End Event Center in downtown Dallas. This year’s event is the 16th annual for the Krewe, who to date have raised over $65,000 for the North Texas Food Bank. The entry ticket provides admission to the event, as well as an open bar, light hors d’oeuvres, and live dance band. This year, the band was once again the amazing Time Machine Band, providing a great mix of dance music along with traditional Mardi Gras numbers. Alongside this traditional Mardi Gras experience, and with nearly 300 guests and members in attendance, the Krewe also presents their Royal Court with the crowning of this year’s new King and Queen.
Images from this years event can be found in the Boudin Ball 2017 Album, with printable digitals as well as physical prints available for sale in order to benefit the North Texas Food Bank through April 15th. More information about the Boudin Ball can be found on the Krewe de Roux’s website.
